| Welcome to the Grand Haven Master Homeowner's Association website. Within we hope that you will find a community that is dedicated to it's homeowners in the pursuit of enjoying life. As a mixed neighborhood of young family professionals and retirees Grand Haven has the ability to fulfill everyone's need. Located in Melbourne, Florida we are only an hour from Orlando & Disney, 2 and 1/2 hours from either Jacksonville, Ft. Lauderdale / Miami as well as Tampa and to top it off we are located along the Eastern Seaboard of Florida which provides a great beachstyle living with a small-town feeling. |

ANNUAL
MEETING AND
ELECTION
OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Grand
Haven Master Homeowners Association will hold its 2010
Annual Meeting and Election of its Board of Directors on Saturday
March 27 at 1:00 PM.
The meeting will be held in the Parish Hall of the St.
Paul's Anglican Church, 7200 N. Wickham Rd, Melbourne, FL
(Near Angels in the Attic). Ballots have been mailed
to the current mailing address of all homeowners.
Ballots may either be mailed back to the HOA with a
postmark no later than March 23 or hand delivered at the
meeting by the homeowner. In either case, the ballot
must be submitted in the #12 manila envelope which has
been signed on the back by the homeowner.
