Welcome to the Grand Haven Master Homeowner's Association website. Within we hope that you will find a community that is dedicated to it's homeowners in the pursuit of enjoying life. As a mixed neighborhood of young family professionals and retirees Grand Haven has the ability to fulfill everyone's need. Located in Melbourne, Florida we are only an hour from Orlando & Disney, 2 and 1/2 hours from either Jacksonville, Ft. Lauderdale / Miami as well as Tampa and to top it off we are located along the Eastern Seaboard of Florida which provides a great beachstyle living with a small-town feeling.
